I bought a maybelline eyeliner from Kingston Superdrug yesterday and tried the eyeliner at home and no ink was coming out. I was disappointed as I?ve used this product before and it worked fine for me. I just think it dried out and I just happened to buy the faulty eyeliner.Today I went to Morden Superdrug and a young lady called Ava assisted me. She helped me by asking the manager if I can exchange my faulty eyeliner for a new one.I would recommend Morden Superdrug as the staff are friendly.

Wanted to make a quick purchase today. first looked at what time the store closes, and eventually arrived at 16.30 (the store was until 17.00 on Sunday) the attendants put me out the door as soon as I entered, they told me that they did not have it when I asked for help in finding a specific product even though I bought it there before. thanks for ruining the day.

Your cashier Fi should at least bother to check the price first (or ask someone to do that) when the customer informed her that the price was reduced for some of the products. I had to go and check myself the price again( in the condition that I'm really unwell/sick) after I paid for the rest of the products just so I can prove her that I'm right. I had to queue and wait again to receive the rest of the money. Waste of my time, customers and her time also. Absolutely ridiculous! Not worth the service not even 1 ? !

Wanted to buy something quickly, was told by staff shop is closing when at 6:40 pm when advertising closing hours 7pm outside (there were customers inside). Not shopping here again

? went in there today 11/11 and two young ladies behind the counter were at each other?s throats telling each other to fxxx off in front of customers, so a slight guess these two don?t get along ? I was eventually served by one of the ladies and she was very polite and helpful I got what I needed,I wish I had time to stick around for round two ??

Today I am waiting 15 minutes after 9 am and staff didn?t open I have been late to work very frustrating they should put sign to open late very unhappy too many are waiting front door

Rude to my husband because he walked into the shop 15 mins before closing.Then today I was rushing to the shop after work, got there and they were closing the shutters at 6.15pm. Change the closing times online at least if your going to skive off ! They get away with so much there.

Very disappointed, made a special trip on a Sunday morning when it?s supposed to be open at 10am but because staff haven?t turned up it?s closed. Now 10:40 and still not open. If customers are not put first they won?t need staff!

I love superdrug. I especially love that superdrug own brand products have the no cruelty bunny on. They even do cruelty free make up. ? I do not see a reason why cosmetics need to be tested on animals. Thank you superdrug. Your own brand products are not lower in quality either. I will regularly buy superdrug own brand products for this reason. I really recommend the vegan mascara.
