Today I witnessed a worker cross-contaminate vegetarian food with meat by using the same tongs on both multiple times. Gross and disgusting.

been here twice and both have given me the wrong order, honestly concerning for someone else with allergy issues. asked for a steak beak and they gave me a chicken one, went back asking for an iced pumpkin spice latte and they asked if i wanted cream i said yes, i got a hot one with no cream or pumpkin spice.

Workers don?t know their arm from their elbow, I asked a simple question if the food was warm and he proceeded to get the wrong food and I corrected him and he still didn?t understand. And the food was cold in the end.

keerthy was an absolute legend. she made a very fresh Cinnamon Coffee & Pepperoni Pizza and went above and beyond to take care of all of the customers in the store. I work in sales myself so I can really really appreciate when someone puts in the extra effort. thank you Keerthy for the lunch!!! #wheretheraise?

Went in 24/3 1545, the sandwich meal deal was advertised at £3.20, when got to till there was an argument where one member of staff was telling the other 'that's the reason we hired you' in a very belittling manner. Same member of staff then put my deal through at £3.75 when I queried why advertised £3.20, the response was it's £3.75 in a patronising manner. Left sandwich and left store, will never return!

Love this greggs,all staff are polite and nice,especially Jake,there?s also another young man that makes me laugh the way he does the paper bags ? not sure of his name but very nice and polite too so that?s why I rate this greggs 5 ? highly recommend ?
