Just been to the Mitcham branch and wanted to say a big thank you to Asif! Even in this heatwave, where most are frustrated, he opened the door for me with a big smile and when I couldn't find my item he looked not only in the near y drawers but went to the stock room to check too. He didn't make me feel like an inconvenience despite it being a busy time and with a young bored child, I really appreciated this! Thanks so much asif!

Came first time in this store at Mitcham. Staff Mohammed and Mehak were very helpful, soft-spoken???. Their dealing with the customers were outstanding, very supportive and understanding? Would love to come again and again in this store.

Lived and shopped here for almost all my life yet I've found recently I cant stand shopping here and will rather go somewhere else. Im not sure what exactly it is but im either followed around the store by a member of staff or being sold something whilst im trying to browse. Usually I come in to browse so will take my time looking at things. Im usually rushed along because theres a member of staff keeping their eye on me or so it feels. Its annoying.

10 days for your online order ?The prices have increased excessively, they are often out of stock and you only see this after choosing where to pick up the parcel.But what disappointed me the most is that after placing the order online, I receive a message that my order has been cancelled. I placed the order again on July 30th, and in 2 days I receive an email saying that they received my order and in the following days the warehouse team will prepare it and I will receive it no later than August 7th.So it takes 9 days for me to receive the order...Terrible!?

This rating is for the excellent service I received from a gentleman called Jean when I visited the store today. He approached me to ask if I needed help and stayed with me until I found the products I wanted with his suggestions. He was so nice pleasant and helpful, I wish every shop had a 'Jean'!
