Lovely service from Jamie today. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Customer care is as dead as a dodo these days so felt compelled to write this review straight away! As soon as I walked through the door there was a lovely gentleman waiting to assist, the staff here are very well trained or are just lovely, either way, this is your store!!

I find this screwfix to be one of the better branches. The staff are always helpful and polite. Stock levels are always good. Location is very good with a decent car park.

Always seem to have what you need promptly and at a reasonable price. Whilst you might get somethings for less elsewhere, it's just no worth wasting your time going anywhere else.

I had to return two items not used & exchange for another. The counter staff was very friendly and helpful, she worked out the best way to use the funds without delays from credit to accounts then taking more funds now. Due to all the catalogue counters being removed due to Covid19, some were having difficulty explaining their needs but the staff were patient and helpful. Enjoy getting things from this branch every-time.

Got an account with screwfix for 4 years and have been in more than 40 branches all over UK and can tell you for sure that this one is the worst one. Asian guy on the till didn't ask me if I got account then when I made order he starts shouting on me that I have to wait for my order where I was standing where in all of the branches you wait on the side.Will definitely avoiding to come this branch.Rude staff and back costumer services.

Fast, cheap and efficient way to buy hardware. Certainly beats wondering around B&Q. Order ahead online, and just go pick it up. No bicycle parking unfortunately (that would be the fifth star), but they're happy for you to wheel your bike into the shop if it's not crowded in there.
