My favourite hardware place. So much parking, right out the front. Staff are friendly and large amount of stock. Exchanges are easy. It's great.

Amazing experience yesterday at this store. Went to buy a screw to fix my buggy and I found an excellent customer service. Joseph took the time to go up and down to find for me the right size of screw, washer and nut, helped by Dani, whilst Suresh was taking care of the few customers in the store at that time. In the end, I left the store with a repaired buggy. This is definitely what it is called going an extra mile and an efficient team work. Thank you very much guys, I greatly appreciate your courtesy and job ?

This shop has got a problem with internet speed. When you trying to make your order on provided tablets everything is loading too slow.
And then sending to till again. For multiple items shopping = lot of wasted time. Management please fix it please.

Lovely service from Jamie today. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Customer care is as dead as a dodo these days so felt compelled to write this review straight away! As soon as I walked through the door there was a lovely gentleman waiting to assist, the staff here are very well trained or are just lovely, either way, this is your store!!
