“I was referred to Akasi Pharmacy by my GP. I have not had an earwax removal service before so was not sure what to expect. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Lisa, who carried out the service, was very welcoming, reassuring and friendly. My right ear was so painful for weeks but after seeing Lisa for 2 sessions, I couldn’t be happier. There is no more pain or discomfort and my hearing is back to normal. Thank you so much Lisa, I am absolutely chuffed!(I could not give 5 stars though as when I had entered the pharmacy, it had taken a while for some of the staff there to even acknowledge me. I accept that things can be busy but I had gone in during quiet periods and still felt rather invisible/ignored, which isn't great customer service. The ear wax removal was excellent though so 5 stars for that!)”

“I went to collect my prescription, which I had requested the day before, but the first lady who assisted me was rude, so I left. I returned later to request whatever stock they could dispense, as I will be travelling tomorrow. The other lady was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, providing the available stock. She’s an angel — not all staff are rude. Thank you so much to the other Lady wearing boots blue scrub.”

“Very knowledgeable young pharmacist, couldn't of been more helpful when I visited the pharmacy. I like the 'one person at a time' in the store policy as it allows me to safely get my prescription without interacting with other patients inside! The store manager is great and quickly resolves any problems I have with the surgery next door I wish all pharmacies were run like this one.Just a shame they have little to no stock on the shelves and it looks like the place is closing down. However, I understand this was a company decision due to COVID and not the managers fault for the shelves being empty.”
