Pre-sales 10/10After sales 10/10Potentially one of best flooring stores in London. Stefan is certainly the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. Extremely helpful and spends considerate time walking you through options and details, but is not pushy on making decisions. After the purchase, when we were short by a small but still sizeable amount of flooring, Stefan went to considerate lengths with his team to find remaining stock on an end of life product.The store, team and Stefan are people we still checkin with to ensure we are using the right products for the flooring etc and they are always happy to help.

Amazing shopping experience. The depth of advice is 2nd to none, the staff on point, and the service levels off the hook, nothing was a problem. Returned, exchanged, swapped never made to feel like it was ever a problem. Massive shout to Stefan and the delivery guy!!!

Absolutely went beyond the call of duty for our company today. We use this company regularly as their service is impeccable. We needed to order some laminate at really short notice, they were amazing help and the flooring is always excellent quality. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an outstanding service.

Came across this flooring outlet by chance on my way out of the retail park. I had been looking for some LVT plank flooring for my latest project. They had exactly what i needed in stock. Excellent service from the staff and great prices. What more do you need.
