Booked them for a few jobs around the house. They were on time, efficient and great at doing what was needed. Even sorted a few other bits out when they were here. Would definitely book them again.

A really great experience - Both showed up on time and took less than an hour to fix some paint work in the flat. Was amazed how well done it was as was worried about it not being fixable. Two very friendly guys who were very good at what they do!

Would definitely use again wasn?t so happy I had laminate done and they done amazing I wasn?t happy with something small and voiced this and they come back to sort and I?m so happy there customer service is amazing if you. Red anything done honestly these are your guys ??

Great experience in a bad situation.
During my last holiday in London I had a problem with the toilet flushing, and in agreement with the flat's owner we called London Handyman Pro. Quick and kind customer service and problem solved in fews hours. Thanks!

Such a disappointing experience with this company. The job was for them to remove the top section of a built in cabinet and replace it after internal work was done in the cabinet. The handyman left the cabinet in a shabby state, the screw holes weren?t filled in properly (not enough filler so now left with indents where the screws are, and he didn?t sand down the filler before painting over it so now it?s badly textured where the filler was applied. The handyman applied one coat and left paint for ME to apply the second coat because he showed up 2 hours late so couldn?t complete the 2nd coat. I asked the boss to send someone back to fix it on July 9th 2024 and have contacted him multiple times to follow up and I am STILL waiting for him to send someone out to do the remediation works on the job. Shocking customer service, unreliable workers and poor job overall. Very disappointed. I?ve included before and after photos of the job for reference.

Handyman without professional manner / terrifying experience.
We got a quote of £250 from the manager to replace a leaky basin tap in the bathroom which included material & installation. The manager confirmed that they provide 30day guarantee service for the work carried out. Despite the high price we decided to go for the service because of the 30 day warranty.
A handyman was allocated for the service, handyman came 3 hours late, job was done in 30min.
After couple of days we noticed that there is still a leak from the new tap, so we contacted the manager for an after service as he promised.
The same handyman was arranged to come back and look at the problem, he was asking for £50 travel charge for the service.
As he walked into our place he started complaining with very angry voice, the manager was not online so we could not contact him.
He fixed the leak and kept on asking for additional money, £20 for the material. Manager did not respond to my messages / phone calls.
His manner was very intimidating and threatening, I am 8 months pregnant - luckily my partner was around and sent him back and told him that we will speak to the manager. If my partner was not around I would have felt unsafe.
Next morning manager came back and said he will get it sorted - but there was no apology for the appalling behavior and lack of professionalism!
This was the worst handyman experience we had in London for the past 11 years.

I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic job done by Islam and his team at my house. The attention to detail, skillful execution and courteous demeanour throughout the process were truly commendable. My floors now look absolutely stunning, thanks to their expertise and dedication. We needed something doing which involved drilling holes in a building from 1680 - too important for me to mess up and so we contacted London Handyman. I was amazed that they were able to send a very pleasant guy that afternoon to do the job with no fuss, in little time and perfectly. I know it wasn't a challenging job (for someone who knows what they are doing)but it was done very well, extremely quickly and affordably.
