I popped in just to browse for new frames and ended up having such a lovely experience. Visaly was especially helpful ? kind, patient, and really knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made some great suggestions without ever making me feel rushed. The selection of stylish, modern frames was impressive, and I left feeling really well looked after. A great experience from start to finish!

I had a really good experience at John Lewis Opticians. The staff were friendly and professional and the eye test was thorough. They helped me choose the right frames without any pressure and my glasses were ready on time. Excellent service!

I went to the shop this morning to have my ray ban sunglasses repaired. The lady at the desk was very kind to get them sorted in no time, and the best of all she did not charge me for the repair. I'll definitely come back to get my eyes tested and my reading glasses renewed. Great service at a local shop.

Screw fell out of my glasses and arm fell off, popped in to see in they could help. Selma was fantastic and fixed glasses in no time. Great friendly service - would definitely recommend.
