I have been using Halfords Morden since 2022, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The garage is professional, reliable, and always provides great service.
Special thanks to Ms. Donna and her colleague Ms. Sarah, who are consistently helpful, approachable, and go above and beyond to support customers. Ms. Donna in particular always makes the process smooth and stress-free, showing real care and professionalism.
I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for trustworthy and friendly service.

Felt very welcome at Halfords Autocentre Morden.
Super friendly staff, customer service is 5* and just a nice all round experience, even offered me a cup of tea, which is a nice touch. Special shout out to Donna & Sarah - very knowledgeable on their products and service with a smile goes a long way! Highly recommend!

Had a flat tire in a hired Luton van. Enterprise were all over the place but once I was here the staff were super helpful. Very appreciative customer here. Special thanks to Donna and Sarahfor being so friendly and helpful.

I had a confirmed MOT appointment at this branch, booked via the Halfords online help chat and confirmed by email for 4:30 PM. After hearing a recommendation from a friend about the Morden branch, I chose to switch my original booking from another location.
Unfortunately, when I arrived at the garage, I was told that MOT bookings are not accepted after 3 PM?despite having a valid confirmation. The staff member on site blamed the Halfords central help desk and distanced the garage from responsibility.
What disappointed me most was the lack of any attempt to resolve the situation one off for the day. I wasn?t looking for an argument or compensation, but a simple effort to acknowledge the mistake and find a solution would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told to rebook for another day.
I left and cancelled the booking entirely. It's a shame, as the experience did not reflect the positive feedback I had heard, nor the customer service standards I expect from a Halfords-branded location.

I paid £50 for brake fluid got home and my Brake fluid was Low again and Coming up to Service!!!! Im coming to think did they even do my oil changes on my car.

Took my car in for a service and MOT. When we picked it up there was a significant crack in the windscreen. We went back in and told them, they tried to claim it was there when we dropped it off which it would?ve failed the MOT if that was the case. After weeks of chasing them to get this fixed, they said we had to arrange for Autoglass to come and fix it and they would pay for the repair. The day arrives for the repair and the payment wasn?t paid by Halfords, I therefore called them and it was agreed we would pay for the repair and invoice Halfords for it. 2 months later and they still us over £400. I?ve chased multiple times but seems they are avoiding us.
