Staff were nice and the selection and the price of items on sale were good. Shame about the condition of the shop. Disgusting and unclean floors. Dirty and unkept. Farmfoods should have more pride in the presentation and state of their shops. Hence the 2 star rating. Farmfoods execs need to take a look at the condition of this store.

Since Covid, as happened with Iceland stores, the prices are no longer competitive although you will find occasional bargains in the biscuit and sweet aisle. I blame ridiculous high commercial energy costs because freezers are not cheap to run. I suspect the freezer is set to a warmer temperature than -18C because the ice cream is not rock hard and their frozen food such as prawns tastes stale.

I went their with protest as still my last bonus not sorted out I spend about 35 pounds I 2 transaction as I get some more item to complete thirty pound the person on the till pay now and buy another so we sort out discount as their is customer behind me but when I Brin other shopping he refused to pay my bonus discount. Yoday j went after nearly 2 month.Still not received my 2.50 point vouchers. It's not question of 2.50 it's question of regard of customer when u say some u must honoured it.i already send e mail to admin as well.
