this place desperately needs new management and new staff
I went to get a socket set recently, and the website said colliers wood had it in stock
I went to collect and the asian woman behind the till had such a disgusting attitude.
She dismisses me saying its out of stock, looking at me like im stupid, i tell her the website says it is in stock, and when i asked her to offer an alternative set in stock, and repeating myself around 5 times because she has no clue about anything, she huffed, puffed, while reluctantly scrolling through the web page, and just really seemed like she hates her job.
So i told her to forget it, ill just search for another one on my phone which hopefully is in stock despite the indications on the website.
After I found another one in stock I was happy to just get out of there.
Shame on euro car parts for letting this branch go down the drain!

Paid for a brand new part for it to be used and when I called them up to question them on it they hung up 4 times

Very bad and disgusting service went there today queue was very long when I said something they didn?t bring my goods and made me wait claiming they couldn?t find it but found other customer goods. Don?t go and buy there . Management not doing anything I?ve just read a lot of complaints.

Yesterday I waited almost 20 minutes for a collection order. The customer at the desk was ordering with the clerk, this took forever so not the clerks fault. They should, however, have asked another member of staff to deal with waiting customers.
Customers should also be encouraged to order parts online if they know what they are after (this one clearly did).

Slow and unreliable, many items missing from their catalog!
Better to order online instead of wasting time energy and car tires trying to get there stuck in the traffic. However the staff were polite.

Avoid this branch. Eurocarparts usually good but I ordered some oil in on Friday and the gentleman behind the counter said it was available for pick up on Fri evening/sat - came on Saturday and they hadn?t any record of it. Guy behind the counter was not helpful though apologised. Didn?t give any solutions.

Made an order online and parts weren?t available when I went and travelled quite far to this particular store to collect. Wasn?t very happy about that!

We visited the Dulux Decorator Centre but google maps think we visited the car parts emporium ! I'm sure Euro Parts is an excellent establishment.

Great Service all round. If you call in for a query or you physically visit the store, the customer service is fantastic. Staff are very helpful and polite

Waited 20 minutes buy antifreeze and left,2 tills 1 staff. Very poor customer experience to say the least. -star,NO STAR !!
