Paid for a brand new part for it to be used and when I called them up to question them on it they hung up 4 times

Very bad and disgusting service went there today queue was very long when I said something they didn’t bring my goods and made me wait claiming they couldn’t find it but found other customer goods. Don’t go and buy there . Management not doing anything I’ve just read a lot of complaints.
