I went to collect my prescription, which I had requested the day before, but the first lady who assisted me was rude, so I left. I returned later to request whatever stock they could dispense, as I will be travelling tomorrow. The other lady was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, providing the available stock. She?s an angel ? not all staff are rude. Thank you so much to the other Lady wearing boots blue scrub.

Well man 29 nutrients there writing 3, 2 and £ 6.55 when you see very small end just one each 6.55 Not 3 £ 6.55 be careful, double check anything when you buy

Very poor customer dealing, I was waited more than an hour for an antibiotic medicine, when I asking the medicine, staff are telling me pharmacist is on lunch break, other staff cannot mix the medicine. I do not believe this big pharmacy group staff don?t know such things.It?s not a satisfactory answer. I am totally dissatisfied with their service.

Poor attitude of lady pharmacist on 26.10.24. Gave out wrong information. Not the usual pharmacist, so not sure of her name, but she clearly needs re training.

5 stars Service. All the staff are excellent always and today the Pharmacist in charge went the extra mile with my doctor's surgery to get me my medication and I couldn't thank him enough. Thanks again.

Horrible attitude of pharmacist! Lack of emphaty & understanding. She behaves very arrogant & bossy, she makes people waiting due to lack of resolving issues properly and arguing. Miss Z.S.L - They are patients!

Dear Pharmacy Manager,my request to have my BP checked was turned down two days in a row!! (I'm 42, 6foot 3, of African decent with a familily history of Hypertention- a fact I told the staff the first time I visited 22/12/23) So was taken aback by the attitude of some staff of this branch of boots!! I should think Pharmacists and all cadres of staff working there understand what it means for someone to be hypertensinve or at risk!Two staff I met on the 22nd and 23rd of December, 2023 were not helpful at all!! They Did not show EMPATHY nor concern for my situation. They were either in a hurry to close or go for a break!! HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHECK the blood pressure of a client?? How Long!! I got turned awat twice! Two days in a row, by two different staff!! To be fair, there was another staff there who tried to internvene on the 23/12/23, but it was too late!).CUSTOMER CARE! CUSTOMER CARE!
