Also connoisseurs of reality will be in their element, this place exemplifies existence in all its multifaceted nature.
Asda Mitcham is a state of mind that has to be experienced to be believed.

Incredibly disappointing experience from ASDA the past two months. Purchased a gift card of £50 with an activation receipt but the card isn't working. Have communicated back and forth with Amazon. Amazon are insistent on ASDA being liable, and even providing an email proof to present to ASDA to resolve but absolutely no one at this store wants to take responsibility for this. Now £50 down with nothing to show for it. Feels like straight up theft from ASDA. Zero accountability, zero empathy, poor customer service. Will you do anything to fix this considering I'm £50 down?

As a store it?s got all the right things. They?re certainly the best value for garlic powder, but gone are the days where they used to be the most competitively priced in all areas. That crown has now gone to Lidl and Aldi, which is a shame. I got there for the chicken thighs because they are still competitive, however I do find the staff here not really willing to help as much. Asking for obvious things also draws a blank with some staff members. You?d think gravy would be a well known product , but not here, but all in all it?s nice. It does the job.

Long time since I shopped here last time...it definitely went downhill and I feel bit sorry about it as it was cheaper and much better stocked...not much is left in Mitcham Town centre ...

Its a budget supermarket and I you get what you expect. Always seems to be well stocked, I've been able to get everything I need. Can be busy at times with a considerable ques but that is to be expected at certain times of the day / week. I find other people to be the issue there the staff have always been polite and helpful and I've been going there on and off for 3 years now

Poor service at the lottery counter

The cleanliness and service of this store has become an issue for me and my family. The shelves are often sticky in the meat section making the item on the shelf also sticky. There also seems to be a lack of care. Several times we have arrived home to notice the date of things are expired so the store is selling out of date products! Clearly nobody cares to check dates in this store. There is never anyone visually available at the pizza counter so if you want to create some of your own, don't bother wasting your time as we waited almost 10 minutes for the staff and nobody came.. The only nice staff member is the kind Asian lady who works on the lottery desk and the other girl Sara who works on the till she is always polite. The store used to be good but lately something has gone wrong at this store.. Fortunately for us, there is a Lidl, Sainsburys, Aldi and Iceland all within a 5 minute radius of this store so we will choose to shop somewhere cleaner and somewhere that does not sell expired food! Also I have noticed all the reviews given just get a simple automated copy and paste response so it looks like this store really doesn't care about feedback. We will be avoiding this store now.

The worst of the worst. There is a woman pretending to be a manager who is extremely rude. Every time I go to return something I am treated as if I am a criminal trying to scam their precious chain. I returned a faulty and she tried to convince me I have used it. She then found out that the whole series of products has the same fault but I didn?t get an apology just a smirk. They are always out of something and never restocking properly. I have submitted an official complaint as well. Her name is Raji Pallan beware!

Just wanted to say a massive Thank you to the store manager Ryan for saving a day ( or should amI say an event) after my online delivery went slightly wrong. He went above and beyond to help with my problem and thank to him a school event will go ahead.
