Last week they have charge me in fuel station Shell twice . I really tried to find why they have charge my bill twice . No one answer passing me to shell and shell telling me we only supply them not control . Now I have to spend £100 and drive 200m back to station and show my receipt then they will decide where should I contact . Very funny costumer service advised. Feel like someone stolen my money .

Totally let down and left saddened . We stayed here as a family of 20 we have been coming for 20 plus years and have never stayed in such an appallingly dirty caravan . We got there early but didn?t check in to our caravan till late as we went out as soon as we got there . We got to our caravan to open the door to something back in the ice age and filthy dirty , Run with ants and sheer dirt and dog hair . The bedding looked like it was ready for the bin and so did the caravan it should not be rented out . It needs a huge VOID placed on it . The toilet seat was broken the units were all broken the glasses had dog hair all over them and looked like they had never been washed as still had lipstick on them . The floor we wiped as we were curious and it left my handprint on it where it was so dirty on the wipe . Luckily we didn?t stay in there as had family on site so we ate in their caravan as I would not even cook in it it made my stomach churn . The shower was filthy and bodged together like Lego . I reported this on the last day as no one was around on our first night and like I said stayed with family but so look at your caravan before booking as this isn?t worth £10 a night let alone £70 . A night . You seriously need to pick up on these issues and clean properly and invest in bedding and just get rid of the caravans they are way past there use by date

I wouldn?t absolutely AVOID this site at all costs. A total waste of money. The only restaurant/bar is closed every day between 2-6pm, followed by the same entertainment day in day out for older kids (certainly not babies) and a game of bingo? It promises fun for the whole family but this is not something me or many others experienced. The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY rude, we had appalling service and no customer service available what do ever, although looking back through the reviews I see this is a trend? The caravan was absolutely freezing cold with the most uncomfortable bed sheets being provided it was difficult to get any kind of a decent nights sleep? People we?re out with small children drunk until midnight making noise for others around them who are trying to sleep with their little ones? It is called welcome family but was a lot of single people just there for a piss up and elderly couples, but very rarely did we pass other families. We stayed out of the site as much as possible which was easy to do with the beautiful surrounding area such as Dawlish Warren itself and a stunning walk to Dawlish? would strongly recommend the area however avoid the park and save your money! Had I of read the reviews more thoroughly I certainly would never have booked and I can see several reviews of which people had no choice but to cut their holidays short! Very disappointing.

Caravan was good , site is great, entertainment fantastic, but the shout out has to go to the security staff in particular Luke Who helped us with a situation we had he went above and beyond with his can do attitude and people skills he is an assessment to the security team and I will be forever grateful

I have been coming here for more than 25 years, usually with my husband and father and this time with a friend. We had a fantastic stay although the weather was awful and we were stuck in the floods near Kenton o Sunday. The caravan was spacious and we slept well. Starlight Club was brilliant and Mark Price and the whole entertainment team supplied West End style shows each night, although some people rudely talked throughout. The food on offer was hot and tasty and value for money. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again Wishing Jack a very happy career. Such a shame he is leaving but Jon has stepped up very well and I know Mark will organise new team member who is as talented. Thank you welcome - you live up to the name. 5 stars as always

Just returned from another brilliant holiday at the welcome. Staff on reception are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a casamigo lodge it was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and flowers are lovely. Ample parking right by lodge. The entertainment team work so hard and are all very talented. The shows are awesome and you wouldn't find better in a caravan park. Only down side i wish people that went to see shows would watch the show instead of making a lot of noise it makes it hard to hear the show but worse of all its very disrespectful to the show team that put a lot of hard work in to entertain us. Sorry Jack's leaving ? but wish him well in his next adventure. Easy walking distance to beach and a great supermarket over the road from site. Amusement acade on site is fun. Didn't use pool but looked very nice. Also love the way it's all lit up at night. Have been coming to welcome for many years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else already booked for a weekend in November and two weeks next September. Had a few wins on bingo so that was good. A big thankyou to everyone from the cleaners to entertainment staff you are all amazing glad you liked the things I made for you and I'll see you soon.

This is our 3rd year visiting, the homes are all very well equipped and accessible, great location, kids loved the pool and park. Loads of shops, restaurants and beach only a few mins walk. The only downside is the entertainment room. You need to arrive or get in a queue at 530pm to get a seat. Chairs are crammed in together as it is such a busy site. There is not enough seats in the room to cater for the amount of people staying. We ended up missing out most nights as there was no room to sit which left the kids disappointed.

We are just finishing our holiday at welcome family holiday park and wow! This is the third time we have come and each year it gets better and better. The team from reception staff, housekeeping, grounds keepers, life guards, bar staff, security and entertainment are second to none. They are all friendly helpful and courteous and have been an absolute joy. We stayed in a wavesurfer bungalow. On arrival it?s clean and cosy with everything you need. The beach is in easy walking distance from the park and the area has all the amenities you need. I have never see staff work as hard to maintain the park and surroundings. Grounds keepers dealing with any week that may have popped up, constant cleaning and tidying makes welcome a beautiful area to be in. Our main love at welcome is the entertainment which really is something else. The entertainment team headed up by Mark and including Kieran, Jack, Kelly, Shannon, Millie and Jassy work incredibly hard. So much effort goes into the sets from a life size delorean back to the future to a huge plant aka Audrey 2 from little shop of horrors it?s breathtaking. We will be back again next year for sure.

Really pungent smell my sister washed the floors. Not much better. Caravan very dated. 1 curtain missing off it's track. Dreadful parking situation with people blocking others in. Obviously not enough spaces for the amount of caravans. I'm disabled with a mobility scooter couldn't find any drop kerbs. Horrendous price for food best to go to the chip thief down the road. I won't be going there again.

The caravans are huge and very clean and the area is lovely, a real holiday atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close by. Every time we went to the snack bar at the side of the starlight club or the one at the shops they were closed. We never worked out if they ever actually open. The parking was a real problem. There were never enough spaces and with toddlers and all their stuff we ended up parking outside the park every time we returned. Cars were parked right next to our caravan on the grass but they never moved. More and more of the actual spaces had disabled cones in them, which would be fine if there was anywhere else to park. We would never go to this park again for the parking issue alone. In the past parks we have been to have allocated parking.

We've stayed at welcomefamily many times over the years as youngsters but this stay was most disappointing. The Caravan we stayed in cost just shy of £1000 for a week, the price clearly been put up because of the school holidays. Our Caravan was extremely run down, dirty walls, broken cupboards. There were dead flys and bugs in the shower curtain. Bugs (grasshoppers and ants) in the bedrooms upon arrival. Hot water was tempermental and we were unable to regulate the temperature in the Caravan which is extremely unacceptable when travelling with a newborn baby. The toilet would make a flushing sound randomly throughout the night. We were also unaware just how close we were to the train track, it looks a bigger gap on the map however you're so close that they shake the caravan when they fly by. We checked in on the Saturday and ended up checking out and coming home early on the Tuesday. I filed a complaint however never heard anything back, with a newborn in tow we couldn't stay anylonger. I have since complained again since being home and still heard nothing. Extremely disappointing and hoping it was just one bad caravan and not the park going down hill as it once the home to lots of good memories as children. Upset with the lack of customer service.

First visit to Welcome Family Holiday Park and have had a wonderful holiday. Lovely camp with very friendly staff. The night time shows were brilliant. Everything was good value for money, this truly is a family focused place. We will be returning
