So angry right now just ordered food for takeaway I got home the hair I found in my food is so flipping disgusting I?m appalled I couldn't eat any of it the hair was so long it was wrapped up in my meat I feel so sick the fact that a long hair this length can be in the food makes me wonder about the hygiene of the place
The male staff wearing glasses is so rude has no manners or customers service skills I will be returning this food back I?m so angry waste of money terrible service

Favourite place to eat sushi. They are very nice and fresh. From other fish places in London, I have a stomach ache, but not from KOI!??

Lovely food friendly staff & nice atmosphere in the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats to choose from if you have kids that need a quiet part of the restaurant to eat at
Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is flat & easy to access if you need to bring in a wheelchair

Definitely doesn't deserve a 3.4 (as of May 27th 2024). Food was excellent, and plated decently. Service was a little heavy handed, and ambience was lacking - but to be fair we were dining on Bank Holiday Monday; we were the only ones eating in.Our server was a young person - likely helping the family who owned the restaurant - we were received efficiently and there were no issues at all with our order. Food was tasty and served piping hot, and our drinks were well chilled but served without ice. The glassware could do with updating, as they showed signs of wear.

They have a relatively low rating but I swear this is the best sushi I have had in ages (ordered by Deliveroo). I will be going to the restaurant with friends asap.

Ordered on Uber - sent us the wrong food. Eventually got through on the phone to the restaurant, staff were extremely rude and hostile nd put the phone down on me twice. A real shame as the good is usually good. Will never order from there again. A disgrace.

I just placed and order of just five items and it was screwed up because ?the person who entered the order, forgot to add the rest?. Only had ONE item delivered out of FIVE!Poor service. Poor customer interaction. No help whatsoever. Would think twice before ordering from here again
