I ordered large latte from Just Eat- I specifically asked for it to be not too hot. The coffee I received was boiling hot. How difficult the ?not too hot? is to understand?

The staff is very slow and not friendly at all. They give cold coffee. I will not go there again..

Guy who works there, David is a really friendly guy, interacts with everyone like he knows them, does people favours and tries to do his absolute best when it comes to every customer. He seems to genuinely enjoy his job and is really happy. First cafe worker I have seen this generous! Poor guy also had to clean pee of the floor cause a customer peed right on the floors

Great experience using Too Good To Go at this Costa Coffee! The staff were super friendly and made the whole pickup process really smooth. The food was fresh, nicely packed, and definitely great value for the price. It?s wonderful to see a big brand reducing waste while still offering excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location

Great location, staff, service and coffee and one of the only places left who still have a community notice board - very useful to me and many of my fellow local residents.

Costa in Mill Hill has long been a favourite of mine. The new manager David, is keen to deliver top-notch service as well being such a genuinely friendly guy it's a pleasure to get my coffee from here. His team of baristas, especially Daniel consistently delivers exceptional quality coffee. My flat white is always a perfect 10/10!

Very disappointed with the service at this Costa Coffee branch. The staff were unhelpful and quite rude ? especially a man named Daniel with long hair. I can?t remember the last time I encountered such a bad attitude in a customer-facing role. Costa should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. Definitely not the standard of service you?d expect.

I was treated with such rudeness and impoliteness by an employee at this place! Be sure to specify in advance what type of milk you want, because you might end up being served mixed milk from different containers. Make sure to ask for fresh, special milk from a bottle and not old milk. My coffee was made with ?leftover milk.? When I pointed it out and told her that I saw what she did?mixing milk from different sources?she told me that I hadn?t specified what kind of milk I wanted. ? I never wanted mixed milk!
This happened this Sunday around 12:30 PM. The coffee was awful?I threw it away after the first sip! The attitude of this lady was completely inappropriate for someone working with customers. On top of her arrogant behavior, I also paid for extra caramel but didn?t get the extra syrup! Very disappointing!

This is not your typical review but rather a story to illustrate what it means to go beyond the call of a persons responsibility to deliver a modern day hero moment that didn?t require a cape but a moment of action in the costa uniform. I was walking just off the broadway and had some rubbish to throw away, I noticed a big red dumpster bin outside costa and figured, better here than littering on the street. I threw my rubbish in and I realised along with the rubbish, I had my one airpod in the same hand. It was at this moment I knew I messed up. Like a movie I looked in the bin and realised I could see my AirPod sitting just out of reach. I made the fateful error of trying to reach for it. I tried to stand on my tippy toes to get further in and I accidentally pushed a bag that further dropped the AirPod down into the abyss. My heart sank. As I retreated back from the Bin, I noticed a woman in her car with her daughter, looking concerned but also taking photos of me. I realised that this effort may have not been perceived very well and I may have looked like a local homeless man in my oversized coat and scruffy beard. I decided to have one last attempt at problem solving, and figured hey, if I?m going to attempt anything further, I should probably ask permission from the Costa whose dumpster I was now diving in. ? I walked in and told my story of desperation, to who I found out later was the manager. He sprung into action without hesitation, ?hold this Latte?. (Not really his words but rather a hold my beer reference) He empathised with my strange bout of bad luck, letting me know that he understands how expensive AirPods are and walked with me to help me with what seemed like looking for a needle in a haystack. He starting removing bin bag after bin bag, confirming the round about region I thought it would be in, until eventually needing to get a chair to go in even deeper. Might I add at this point, not me, a random stranger that hadn?t even bought a coffee, but him a manager of a coffee shop whose only role in this debacle was being on shift. We get to the bottom of the bin and alas there was no AirPod. I admit defeat and take my L. It was at this point he had his out and could have easily said ? oh well, we tried.? He did not, he said it must have fallen into one of the bags we pulled out? By some miracle the first bag we looked into- There it was, a single AirPod. Found like a nugget of gold in the Yukon. We hugged, it was a brief reminder of the simplicity and beauty of helping a fellow human in need. This reminds me of an amazing book on hospitality from Will Guidara, called Unreasonable hospitality. What are you willing to do beyond the standard expectations of service to make a memorable moment for a customer or guest. Creating what he calls a hero moment, that people will talk about for far longer, than the drinks or food. To the manager of Costa- The Broadway, today you were my hero and I hope this story reaches Head office and your praises and kindness are spread far and wide.
