I ordered large latte from Just Eat- I specifically asked for it to be not too hot. The coffee I received was boiling hot. How difficult the “not too hot” is to understand?

The staff is very slow and not friendly at all. They give cold coffee. I will not go there again..

Guy who works there, David is a really friendly guy, interacts with everyone like he knows them, does people favours and tries to do his absolute best when it comes to every customer.
