My car broke down today (09/07/22) on the forecourt, and couldn?t be moved, staff were very helpful particularly the gentleman on shift who, while we were waiting for a tow truck, came out and asked if we would like a coffee and checked on is a couple of times to make sure we were ok. So appreciated!!

I really like this conveniently positioned BP station, just off Watford Way. Apart from petrol and a car wash, I always get a cup of coffe from the Wild Bean Cafe here, it's delicious. Also, warm / hot snacks are available along with Danish pastries. This BP also shares its site with a small Marks and Spencer, so lots of lovely food, including snacks and great sandwiches, soft drinks, wine and flowers are on sale here. Lotto is also available and a handy cash point Friendly staff, always greeted with a smile.

Great fuel station! And now they have the BP me app function; so you can enter the amount (£) you want to fill your tank on the app and then fill you tank and click done in the app and you're good to go, you don't have to go to the kiosks anymore.
I like their £3 car wash aswell.

Been using this branch around eight months, every weekend. Recently popped in for my usual diesel and shopping was served by a new member of staff who was the manager, Was asked for i.d while buying my fuel and tobacco and was made to wait at the back of the queue all over again while grabbing it from the car.
His approach after returning was really unpleasant as i said do i need to queue AGAIN.... and don't think i'll be going here again...

I filling fuel I went to fill my tyres. The machine was obviously faulty and rather than filling my tyres it drained the air from them. I went into the petrol station and told the guy at the counter and his reaction was, "your the first person to complain". Followed by, I can give you change if you want to try again. Annoyed I split a note to try again. The same thing happened. I am usually a regular at this pump even though it is expensive however anyone considering using it now I suggest traveling 15 minutes towards Watford and filling fuel for 3p a litre cheaper and somewhere you will not be cheated.
I drove home with a flat very carefully and had to call the AA who informed me that this had happened to one other person at the same petrol station a day earlier
