Went in today to see if I could find a top as it wasn?t in the Westfield store, and the lass behind the till helped me find it. She was dead polite and it was a great experience.The Westfield store could take note tbf, as they?re don?t engage much at all when serving. Like, retail is the pits (I did my time and it was vile), but you?re still grabbing me cash hen.

I didn?t like this store the vibes were horrible I went to the fitting room there was a bunch of staff talking not willing to serve me and my friend we have to call them many times. They were rude talking about customers in front of us I find that unprofessional.

Pretty huge shop, with a very nice layout. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed wandering around there looking for stuff to try on. They also have a second-hand section, which was really cool to see. Although I?m not really into shopping, especially in chain stores, my visit here was really good!

Staff are not helpful today I asked a member of staff to assist me with my purchases she said she was to busy and stuck bit of selotape on a box then disappeared and a male colleague did the same their attitude stinks I was there today with my daughter .I won't be going back how long can they last with this behavior towards customer . Minus 1 shopping experience.

I have shopped in urban outfitters FOR YEARS & I?ve been to soo many locations and was always happy with customer service. This time the staff was unfriendly and unapproachable. The lady on the till made it better.
