As expected store, well stocked up with most shelves fronted very well. Staff were plentiful and helpful. As expected decor, with the usual UO clothing.
Lacked diversity in sizes for male jeans in this store.

Although there are discounts, many of which are discounted to 30% off, overall the price is still quite expensive, and the patterns don?t seem to be popular with Chinese people.

Always love to pop into an UO store and East London one is no exception: merchandise so creative, fun browsing, friendly cool staff, always something new to see and great sale and vintage. It's just difficult to not buy anything. This one is smallish, all on one floor, but one can still easily lose an hour. What retail is all about.. nothing like an UO store!

The cashier was really nice. The clothings were pretty but they were really costly. Anyway I bought two and am amazingly satisfied with these clothes.

Bad attitude of one female staff at the cashier. Very unprofessional, couldn?t solve problems of my account, talked to me in a voice so low that I couldn?t hear anything, and even tried to let me, the customer, to bring the shopping basket to the door after I purchased a bag of stuff. Especially meanwhile there were other shopping baskets collected by staff just on the shelf behind their counter. After I questioned this to her, she asked another male staff at the cashier if they CAN collect the baskets and he said yes and took the basket. Very unpleasant and unhelpful checking out experience, felt very uncomfortable and won?t be going again.

I came to the shop with just a picture of a top I liked and the staff has been so so so helpful looking into it and trying to help, I ended up picking something else that they recommended and loved it even more !!! I only got Hanna?s name but got helped by multiple of them !!
