Staff will ask you if you need help, but won't take the time to actually help you.
The staff should have more training on what items are stocked and where they are, if they are being asked to help customers on the shop floor.
After the second time this happened within a minute, I left and got the rest of my shop at Sainsbury's.
Normally I go to Boots where the staff will help you if you ask, and leave you alone if you don't!

The security guard followed me all around the shop and was very blatantly staring. Made me super uncomfortable and didnt end up buying anything. There were loads of other people in the store but I was the only one being tagged felt super awkward and targeted

I was very disappointed with the service during my recent visit. I paid with cash for a few items, and the cashier (Abdul) gave me incorrect change. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the staff responded dismissively and started referencing CCTV footage, as if I had done something wrong. Choosing to pay with cash shouldn?t be treated as a problem, and it?s troubling that basic tasks like giving the correct change can?t be handled properly. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was surprising and disappointing.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience at your Superdrug store. The manager, whose name I believe is Chris, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. He followed customers around the store, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. His conduct felt discriminatory, and he lacked basic manners and professionalism.
Additionally, he insulted me today, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. If this behavior continues, it will undoubtedly harm the reputation of this branch. I am also considering leaving a low rating due to this experience.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I look forward to your response.

Absolutely horrible staff, I was accused of stealing by one of the employees while I was testing the already open lip liner. He then proceeds to tell me in the span of less than 5 minutes I was there I had opened all the sealed lip liners in the store and was stealing them. I told him that there is a difference between the sealed and unsealed lip liners and I had then told him to check me to see I had not taken anything but he proceeds to tell me to leave the store or I pay for all the lip liners refusing to check me. He told me to never come back again and he never wants to see my face there again. Absolutely horrible.

I went into this store, not so long ago. I must say I am not happy with the staff who work there. Treating staff with unpleasant manner, behaviour is terrible, no smiling. I asked for help, some have terrible knowledge of where things were stored and placed. All the staff need training on mannerism and good behavioural knowledge. It will do them a world of good. My wife was not happy and feels the same. Terrible store to visit.
