My rating is 100% down to the service of Antonio. Antonio was so so kind to me, I was desperate to use the bathroom and he immediately helped me and went above and beyond in customer service. After he let me use the bathroom I could hear his manager or supervisor? shouting at him for letting a non-customer use the bathroom which I did not appreciate as what he did was simply a kind gesture. Thanks Antonio !!

Waited 30mins for an iced coffee because the female manager who served me didn?t bother printing out my order after I ordered instore. Would?ve been longer if I hadn?t asked, even though I stood right where they could see I had been waiting that long!
20mins after ordering, I kindly asked how long it?d be but female manager who had served me, lied to say my order was after these 6 other people who walked in after me, I saw them ordering and receiving their drinks.
Because of this, I was late to work. Would not recommend this Starbucks ever, the manager was so rude and stuck up, not even an apology.

I?ve been buying the tiramisu cream since it came out (amazing!!) I decided to get something else. The Bengali female staff who made my drink, coughed while my drink didn?t have the lid yet, whatever that?s normal. but Then looks to me saying ?what should I do? because she made it wrong! I?m there looking at her like I don?t know? I mean, I don?t work here how would I know obviously remake it. I hope I don?t get sick :(. Maybe she didn?t want to do extra work to make a correct drink. The other lady was nice enough to place the drink into another cup and add the foam as I paid for. Also, to note the Bengali female staff was hesitant to do what the other staff member recommended (put into another cup). I hope there is someone else next time :(

On two occasions I was given the incorrect order, definitely not a Starbucks I can trust if I?m in a rush to get some coffee.

Very disappointing experience!
I went into Starbucks and asked to use the restroom, but the employee named Antonio rudely refused, saying it's only for customers. His attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expected better from Starbucks. This kind of behavior makes people feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to this location.

this morning i was excited to go to work , i walked into this coffee shop first , it felt so bad that the staff was rude to me as if she understood the customers , oh no i tried to buy a white mocha and mix the ones i used to drink , it was my favorite drink , but she spoke to me rudely , as if i didnt know how to pronounce the words clearly , shouted at me as if i did something wrong , the staff in the black scarf was rude , never come back , the drink was bad not like i ordered , i even threw it away , do not recommend this place

The food and drink is good but the customer service was terrible. The Polish woman at about 3pm this past Thurday. She took about 15 minutes to serve us a Frappe despite serving others who came later and no apology at all. All this while there were 2 colleagues too!

Got a cappuccino with hazelnut syrup, an almond croissant, and a strawberry and vanilla cream croissant. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was nice and not too crowded. Really enjoyed my time there.

I came into this branch today there was a very loud noise coming from one part of shop it was overwhelming loud after speaking to Sadiq and asking him kindly to ask them to lower their tone he refused to do anything? very shocking behaviour from Starbucks

#starbucks this is why I nearly never ever drink coffee here. And the one moment I decide to my Flat White is clearly a cappuccino of sorts. Short the stock!
