My rating is 100% down to the service of Antonio. Antonio was so so kind to me, I was desperate to use the bathroom and he immediately helped me and went above and beyond in customer service. Waited 30mins for an iced coffee because the female manager who served me didn’t bother printing out my order after I ordered instore. Would’ve been longer if I hadn’t asked, even though I stood right where they could see I had been waiting that long!
