Absolutely. Amazing. Customer service. I'm not too sure if she is a manager. But she was so helpful.I asked for a size that was not in stock. However, she said to me that tomorrow They'll have delivery and I'll keep you one for you. She didn't have to do that, but she did and she kept a word and I appreciate her word her name is Dee

Absolutely poor and awful customer service. Employees are looking scrubby at work with a stinking attitude looking annoyed when asking for help. It?s as if coming here you mustn?t dare ask for help! or they will start making customers uncomfortable whispering on their headpieces! All previous reviews are the same for this store. Someone please sort the management out of this store. Making it so unpleasant for locals to shop here! Young teenage boys who have no etiquettes, no manners - need more training. Waiting around for a shoe size for them to then run off and chase for help again!! Don?t go here, better off purchasing online or go to a store where you are respected, where there is good management and enough employees who are happy to help.

The worst service. No one comes to help you, and it's nearly impossible to find the staff. When you finally get ahold of someone, they just give you one shoe and leave again. You have to chase them constantly. Go there only if you have time and patience.

I would give zero if I could customer servers are very bad. Teen customer servers are very rude. when I asked for help to find a shoe size blonde teen girl acted as if I annoyed her. Young boy in the till was nice and friendly to help me out later. I will never visit again ?
