Staff very rude , I had a credit note that I wanted to use but they said the till is not accepting it! Not only you can't get a refund but also when you have a credit note they don't want to accept it! I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to speak with the company over the phone while the other staff treating me like a begger trying to make me give up and leave! 30 minutes wasted with humiliation from primitive staff! And when the call finished the manager rudely said to me "after this your credit finishes ok?!"" As if I done something wrong! I don't think I'm gonna buy anything from sports direct anymore

The Manager was kind to try and help me with my exchange (so she deserves 5 stars), but Unfortunately Sports Direct (As a company) is not only expensive, but when you make a mistake and want to return an item, no one picks up when you call their number. When you email, they respond that you will get a full refund and when you visit the store, staff refuse the refund and tell you the email, from Sports Direct, is a lie. Therefore, Sports Direct Management needs to learn that customers make mistakes and sometimes deserve a refund on the product. Learn to provide good customer service and reduce your prices because there is a cost of living crisis.

I were today to buy a football shoes for my nephew. But there was one lady, she tryed her best. I think there are more stuff needed for providing best services. There were lot of customers but there were just two stuff. they were unable to provide the services.

Second time within 10 years and just remembered it was a disappointment too. Also they don't accept return. Terrible customer service. Manager D. wasn't helpful at all.Dont waste your time and money.
