Very rude customer service , when I went to exchange my shoes for extra large size , surprisingly they refused, just one day different, very impolite customer service however I managed to exchange other branches .. these Asian boys are totally useless in this branch?

Unfortunately Sports Direct is not only expensive, but when you make a mistake and want to return an item, no one picks up when you call their number. When you email, they respond that you will get a full refund and when you visit the store, staff refuse the refund and tell you the email, from Sports Direct, is a lie. Therefore, Sports Direct Management needs to learn that customers make mistakes and sometimes deserve a refund on the product. Learn to provide good customer service and reduce your prices because there is a cost of living crisis.

I think Sports Direct are the best overall sports shop in terms of sheer range of items that are fit for purpose and great or at least good value for money. However this one just minutes from Aldgate has to be the worst. The last 2 occasions I visited, the basement floor was çlosed, 1stly due to a flood and today due to "Health and Safety"- This news was from the woman near the entrance who lacks any semblance of customer service. Very miserable looking and unhelpful

Terrible customer service.I've called several stores and no one answered. The stores don't answer there phones and they don't use their emails. There's social media sites are just as there for illusion. Terrible, I've been waiting for 10 day to get my order confirmation number, I have yet to receive it. I also do not have a tracking number or a receipt. Terrible. 1 star is too generous.

Sports Direct Whitechapel. Bought a pair of Lonsdale Leyton trainers there 8 weeks ago. The stitches holding the Velcro strap to the body of the trainer have failed and the strap has become detached. 100% product failure. I took them back and complained. The manager said he could not replace them as I did not have the receipt and the original packaging and they had been worn. I said to him ? Have you got the receipt for something you bought 8 weeks ago?? Then I said to him ?Of course they have been worn, that is what you do with trainers. What do you expect me to do, put them on the sideboard as an ornament?? He stated that all products they sell are only warranted for 28 days. Previous Leyton trainers had lasted 12 months so reluctantly I bought another pair. Tried to contact Lonsdale customer service direct but this is only possible for goods bought on line.

Crooked nose lady didn't even bother to remove the security tag, only realised when I got home (had earphones on when leaving the store). Had to remove the tag myself. They clearly don't care at all about customer service, dreadful store. The staff at the Mile End store are much better
