Open on Christmas Day, which was so helpful.Service was a little slow (a little over 20 mins for one item) and not helped by the front counter person not spotting when the pharmacist had put together my prescription, but it was busy and these things happen.Had to sign for my prescription twice, which was a bit strange.

I liked Shanty's as it's close to Whitechapel tube and I live round the corner. Their website offers home delivery lateral flow tests. As I currently have Covid and am self isolating I called them and was told my regular prescription didn't qualify me for delivery - even though I'm in need of COVID tests. I was surprised by his dismissive attitude, he told me to order off Amazon. I've lost confidence in Shanty's as a local pharmacy who care about their regular patients. My GP has advised changing pharmacy.

I applied for job and I got phone call from Khuram I don?t know who is that bull I spoke with him and he ask me to came for interview so i ask for confirmation then he said you have to write down on the paper because he don?t send the interview confirmation i said okay i noted on paper but I forgot to put it on my dairy and I totally forgot for interview and before that interview i got job offer from another place so I accept it and on the interview day he call me that time i was in bus so i can?t listen properly but i got phone call again from that bull and I answer and he said you got job that?s why you didn?t come and all but listen you bull (Khuram) not everyone is same i was disturbed as I?m not working from 3 months so mind your language I?m not your family member and I can judge that how you treat your customers too i hope you are not abusing them too but you are bloody bull not me so mind you language when you are speaking with someone you are not speaking with your wife okay you bloody big bull

Staff are good friendly but the place is a complete ripp off!Please do not go if you pay for your proscription privately. I tried to get proscription for one my family and they asked me to pay nearly £60.I went to Tesco Pharmacy and paid less than £21 for the same medications. Unbelievable!Even Day Lewis which is around the corner is much cheaper this pharmacy (nearly half price) but no one can compete in price with Tesco Pharmacy.
