When I walked in to the store, the staff greeted me and my family very well and then I?d bought a Double Chocolate Cookie and Guess what?they gave it to me for free instead of allowing me to pay as they?re kindness was the same quality of food? Just amazing, Pret just surprised me with no tries, My appreciation for it knows no bounds .. fantastic Santiago & Katya .. thank you ? Pret A Manager you made our day

I ordered a hot chocolate and I saw that the barista used the already made chocolate paste from a cup that looked like was wasted and reused it for my order.. Highly disappointed with the very awful service for the price I paid especially for a big brand like Pret !

Breakfast in London in winter is always Pret's delicious porridge ? Something to look forward to and significantly cheaper than hotel breakfasts which never represent value for money.
