No hygiene for the bakery items here. Observed this a couple of times but still the same. No hygiene for the open food items.

I work in the area and have consistently used Pret as my go to place for lunch, I won't be doing so again. The staff are rude and make a game of ignoring me or going off to do something else, when they see me approach, on top of that the food quality is pitiful and i always end up with a dodgy stomach afterwards. You need to send in a secret shopper, preferably an older black lady.

Decent, spacious pret but unfortunately even staff ignore the 'keep the door closed' sign at the front. Customers do and thats a given but even staff walked past the open front door and didn't close it.
Service is polite and friendly unfortunately I struggled with their accents and they struggled with mine but that's not an issue such is life!

I normally get a toastie once a week from this Pret and normally the service is good, but today the toastie was not toasted at all. Doesn't taste very good when it's cold. The store was quite busy when I went so maybe that's why...

I bought a Chicken sandwich, but when I open it, I was surprised that it contained Porc back slices. Dispointed at all.
