No hygiene for the bakery items here. Observed this a couple of times but still the same. No hygiene for the open food items.

I work in the area and have consistently used Pret as my go to place for lunch, I won't be doing so again. The staff are rude and make a game of ignoring me or going off to do something else, when they see me approach, on top of that the food quality is pitiful and i always end up with a dodgy stomach afterwards. I bought this morning a black Americano from this shop ....the coffee smelled like a drain pipe and the taste horrible .
