I have Pret subscription and get my coffee from Pret shops all across London regularly. My experience is always great and staff is lovely.
Unfortunately this branch was an exception, staff was the most unpleasant I ever experienced anywhere in Pret.
I won?t ever visit this particular branch again.

Sandwitches are amazing fresh and delicious. We took 3 different kinds and all if them were amazing. Staff is very nice and friendly. Its clean and bery tasty. Prices alright

Coffee and we extremely weak and tasted mainly like water, same goes for the cappuccino. Worker kept going to our table and telling us we can't eat outside food despite it being in our bags on the floor unopened. We told him a few times that we weren't going to open it / eat it he kept coming back. The table sitting opposite us had 5 people so pulled a tall chair to the table for the additional person and he almost made them fall over by grabbing it away as they say telling them they couldn't do that, he could of just told them nicely.
No AC but overall the main staff member was extremely rude even his workmate apologised to us about him being very dismissive and unprofessional. Maybe he had a bad day but shouldn't bring that attitude to work

I ordered these many items online and I just received the baguette and rice cake. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! AND NO REFUND ISSUED. PAID 19£ FOR A BAGUETTE AND CORN CAKE PACKET!

It?s where I grab my daily coffee. Staff are always friendly and remember me.
My tip: If you just need a coffee and want something cheap and cheerful that does the job then grab yourself a filter coffee.
