All the staff are so happy and it literally makes my day. I wish every pret would hire happy people lol

I have Pret subscription and get my coffee from Pret shops all across London regularly. My experience is always great and staff is lovely. Unfortunately this branch was an exception, staff was the most unpleasant I ever experienced anywhere in Pret. I won’t ever visit this particular branch again.
