Horrible experience.
I went here with my sisters today and was treated extremely poorly by a woman in a blue hijab. (For reference; watney market peacocks 17/03/25 around 5pm) My sister needed help trying something on so me and my older sister were helping her and all of a sudden the door was being knocked on very loudly and then OPENED. Due to her urgency and force we assumed that this was something very serious like maybe the store was on fire. My sister was undressed at this point and this was absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. She continued to push the door on my sister whilst she was trying to cover herself and also shut the door so that her body isn?t exposed to anyone around. The woman shouted that it says 1 person only in the changing room which we didn?t know and got out immediately. If we had known this rule we would not have entered all together but we were not aware of this although we have always gone in together and even been assisted by other lovely workers (who had never before mentioned this rule to us) When we got out we?ve seen that it doesn?t say this rule anywhere, the way this woman had screamed at us we assumed that there must?ve been a sign that we missed but no there wasn?t at all. It seemed like she got a kick out of barging in and making us panic. We got out and she stood there and looked at us and said ?thats good? Her behaviour was appalling and she definitely pushed us away from buying the product as my poor sister was too embarrassed to check out even though she wanted to buy the item. As we walked out she was sniggering but we were too tired to say anything having been fasting all day. She really made this Ramadan memorable for us!
Avoid this peacocks at all costs especially this awful woman.

Extremely poor service from Warren and Rudella. Took online returns Rudella was finding excuses not to do it as I had 2 bags. She was huffing and puffing when doing it.
Manager Warren came and helped her it took two people to complete returns. They started saying to me because the clothes weren't folded properly and sealed in the see through bags usually they cannot accept the returns. I've never heard of this I've worked in retail 10 years ago.
Customers are not meant to know how to fold clothes to shop floor standards. That's a customer service assistants job they are trained for this and that's the service they offer when we come to spend our hard earned money in their shop.
I'm disgusted with the service offered!
Lazy, incompetent people that don't deserve their jobs. If you folding clothes which is your job stresses you out how are you going to get through life?

Never going there again.most rubbish customer service I ever received. There's this lady at the till her behaviour is so rude.no smile on her face.like everyone taking it for free.no manners what so ever.never going or buying anything from there again.better to shop online and get delivered home.

The manager there was really rude to me and colleagues and wasn't dealing with it properly, I work in retail myself, may not be a manager but I do know, your not meant to talk about personal thing on shop floor. The colleague wasn't feeling well, and not once did he say do you need rest. I was in the shop for 40 min. And I am a regular customer. Other colleagues and manager alway joking with me and my children's.

Very bad customer service from the store new manager

While giving a few trials of clothes, a staff came and treated us very badly and said that we can't give trials like this. The service of the trial room was also closed. Even though I bought 5 clothes, that long haired guy treated us so badly that I have never had. His use of the staff made him seem racist. This incident happened at Watney Market Peacocks.Very bed Experience
