Sadly I visited this nandos and was shocked by the service shown. Not only did the slender south Asian gentlemen who noticed me say one moment (which I inferred to mean that he was doing something important) he proceeded to start conversations with customers as they were leaving and he also appeared to flirt with a table full of young ladies and left me waiting.
There was a cue developing behind me and then assumed I wanted a table when I came for my online takeaway order. The manger Also looked like he was chatting with people and did not notice me until I said to him in here for an online order. Disappointing.

Sofia was absolutely amazing! Lovely warm greeting on arrival and really clear about what was available on the menu, keeping us up to date our food orders throughout the eve. A very enjoyable meal and lovely vibe, very friendly staff and a lot more spacious than you realise.

We regularly visit this Nando?s location on Friday afternoons, and it?s always a great experience?thanks especially to Syeda. She?s consistently welcoming, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure we?re looked after. The restaurant is always clean, service is quick, and the food is spot on?well-cooked, tasty chicken every time. Highly recommend this location for both the quality and the excellent service!

Had a great visit to Nando?s and Visok really stood out! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was spot on. Really appreciated his attentive service and positive attitude ? it made the meal even more enjoyable. Big thanks to Visok! ??

This Nando's was a big help to me though I didn't ever eat there. I bought a pre-packaged salad from Eataly, but there was no salad dressing to be found in the store. Matter of fact, I had a hard time finding salad dressing in London period. Anyway, time was running out on the salad and I wanted to eat it. I randomly stopped into Nando's to see if they had any dressing since they're known to have a variety of sauces and such. Lo and behold, the host gave me two tiny salad dressing bottles, perfect to use one on my salad and one to save as a souvenir since it's so cute. Anyway, because of Nando's, I was able to eat my salad. I know where I'll be going for salad dressing next visit!

Accessible by lift (90 degree turn opening)
Not ideal for a boot mobility scooter but i managed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcome, catered for my allergies.
Service is a little slow when busy on weekend but we were happy enough to wait with our unlimited refills.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. Door can be a little bit of an issue but workable.
Its a 90 degree turn to exit the lift.
