First time dining at Nandos Whitechapel, the chicken, chips and mac and cheese were really good. The coleslaw and corn were good but didn?t taste really fresh. Safayet was a really positive waiter.

I visited Nando?s last week and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a lovely girl in a red shirt with a bright smile who seated us comfortably. Since we were quite hungry and ordered a bit more, she kindly arranged a bigger table for us. The food was served promptly and with care.
Another staff member, a tall girl in a light green T-shirt, kindly checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. The service throughout was both professional and friendly.
As always, the food was delicious?I especially love the sweet potatoes and corn on the cob! ?
Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. We had a great time!

Although it was really quiet, the service was atrocious. Worst Nandos I've been to! The portions were ridiculously small, the rice was hard, staff weren't around, and I had gone to the till because I wasn't getting my drinks I ordered, and the guy was on his phone (even though he saw me waiting) ? When I had complained to them, all they did was say sorry and give me an unwanted custard-tart-like thing. Just not worth going here.

we are from aus. so different menu completely and different way off ordering. Which is didn't do correctly but re did. Staff were fabulous about it and gave us 2 Portuguese tarts for all the hassles. Great food and service. clean also.

Somehow unloved, uncared for chain restaurant. The food was fine. The staff...I'm not sure if they were just tired, confused, or disheartened.
The table was clean but the whole area around the drinks dispenser looked like it's missed its last few deep cleans.
Fone enough if you're hungry and don't have the energy to look for something else. But not the right choice if you want to have a nice atmospheric outing.

Had the worst Nando?s experience of my life, go regularly to various different locations and staff were rude. Chicken thighs were a quarter of the size they usually are and same with the chicken breast. Bits of bone in my loaded chips, was truly disappointed. Vile Nando?s would never go back

I hadn't been to Nando's in a few years, and I was expecting chicken with flavour. However, it was flavourless, not at all what I remember. Chicken thighs were small, and the presentation was off. Will not be going back, disappointing.
