Consistently packaging the wrong food in delivery orders. Delivery times through any of the apps (Deliveroo, Uber Eats) take an unbelievable length of time >1hr30 considering we live five minutes away.

Had a terrible customer service here with the night shift managers the food was cold and old then when I asked for a fresh one I was declined by the Asian workers and managers thank goodness a lovely English lady manager solved everything in mins she deserves a raise for holding mcdonalds standard. The joke of it all is I'm a shareholder of mcdonalds and I stated it in the beginning ?

I ordered a double cheeseburger and what I got were two patties and a slice of cheese besides of this I paid extra for some garlic mayo sauce which I haven?t got. Don?t recommend this McDonald?s at all.

The food is as expected of a McDonald's. Not the greatest quality but cheap and cheerful.
This particular branch always seems to have an issue with the machines not working and them not being able to take orders or the drive-thru not working for some reason.
There is no place to sit inside. It is only a takeaway with service available through windows onto the street. The 1st of its kind I've seen in the UK.

Would definitely recommend, the staff were lovely and so helpful. The spa and breakfast were amazing. There is plenty of parking and the garden is beautiful.

Yesterday I had food from the high way mac ,normally getting ohk but Yesterday was shut i had longer waiting there was so many rider also was waiting I got my food after long waiting and chicken in the burger was cold and frice was cold ,I asked one leady name is nafisha she was so rood and she was just saw attitude everyone, even no good answers no communicate with me properly ,and as a mark she was just aroundin in mac with no work ,very rubbish experience yesterday I don't recommend.

Absolute cesspool of a McDonald?s, mess up uber eats /Deliveroo orders constantly and when we WALKED there to get some sort of replacement they refused service and were incredibly rude. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
