Consistently packaging the wrong food in delivery orders. Delivery times through any of the apps (Deliveroo, Uber Eats) take an unbelievable length of time >1hr30 considering we live five minutes away.

Had a terrible customer service here with the night shift managers the food was cold and old then when I asked for a fresh one I was declined by the Asian workers and managers thank goodness a lovely English lady manager solved everything in mins she deserves a raise for holding mcdonalds standard.
