Id give zero stars if possible. ITS A NIGHTMARE. The staff are so irresponsible and unprofessional. They laugh and giggle without doing their job for hours on end. So you?re telling me they clock in to hangout with each other whilst making everyone wait.

Replace management immediately! They tell everyone 25-30 mins wait time by default. I waited 1hr 40mins! Spoke to people in the queue, thats the average wait time. Worst pharmacy in UK surely.

I get prescriptions here from regularly and community pharmacy. To be fair all pharmacies take a long time and I feel like it?s unfair to say they are not doing anything productive. It?s a whole team of people they have to label, measure out etc. over the last 10 years I have learnt few tips:1. If it?s an urgent medication then don?t leave it till the last minute, don?t be time constraint and ALWAYS make sure when being given the prescription go over dosage, liquid/tablet and if it?s controlled make sure you get that signature which is a an issue with electronic prescription (additional hand signature is required). At the pharmacy press to ask if it?s in stock and if you are willing to come back tomorrow then do so. And then you just have to wait around unfortunately it can take over an hour so be prepared. Make sure once you mange to collect to check you have all that you need.2. If it?s not an urgent prescription I HIGHLY Recommend you hand it prescription and leave to collect another day. If it?s electronic just go in and get it to be processed. You can also phone for it to be processed. On the day you want to collect go EARLY as possible it?s super quiet before 11am. Also phone before you go in to make sure they have bagged your medication. Remember there are two queues don?t be afraid to ask someone where to stand; the one on the right is to collect only.3. If you have a very urgent and rare medication like my boys do and it?s a repeat prescription you can request for the person writing the prescription to request Lloyds to do an urgent courier delivery. A additional form does need to be filled in by prescriber. This is will support you with not having to worry about going to collect and the rest of it. It can take up to a week as pharmacy have to order in the medication but rest assured it will be hand delivered to your doorstep.4. As information pass onto so many members of staff it is only natural for mistakes to happen. There definitely needs to be a much better system to minimise errors. But let?s all be grateful that medication is free for most and very low price for others compared to living in the US. Imagine being in a war zone or in poverty. Being humble, patient and understanding the situation will always make any process a tad easier.Love and prayers to everyone

I bag you management. Care for people who work and care for people who have to wait 30-45 minutes unnecessarily.

Absolute worst pharmacy I?ve ever been too. They frequently take over 45 mins Fi get orders ready. And when they do, they are often wrong. And they have the cheek to call themselves the UK?s No. 1 pharmacy! Ridiculous

Terrible pharmacy and service. Understaffed, rude people on the tills, and waiting queues of more than 45 minutes to get one medication.Simply awful.

Very busy pharmacy as its inside the Royal London Hospital. There's always so many people inside of here queuing or waiting for medicine. I've been here a few times, if you come to collect a presentation you'll have to leave your name and date of birth and then come back after 45 minutes to 1 hour to collect your medication. Bit slow but it is very busy. Lots of health and beauty items being sold inside.

Very bad experience. The staff are too busy in gossiping and laughing behind the counter in front of the queue. This is not acceptable. Some people are going through hard time, some a very ill and seeing the staff behaving like this, is just unbearable. They are not professional and doesn't have any manners. I do understand that it is a very busy pharmacy but when you come from A & E and you are not feeling good, it is very hard to wait long time and there is not enough space to sit. Also, seeing the way the staff talk to you make you feel so bad. There is a way to talk to people especially with patients. Waiting 45 min to 1 h to get your medecine and they given me the wrong one. Because of their mistake, I have to travel again to Royal London pharmacy (1h) to get my medecine as they don't have any other solution for me.Total rubbish.

Most pathetic customer service with rude attitude. Because its hospital pharmacy they know patients got no choice but to go there. NHS needs to review their agreement. I will write to nhs as well.
