I ordered a wicked variety bucket from uber eats the service which i get from ubereats was good but the is very very dissappointing the chicken was soggy ,oily and really salty which we didnt eat ,we binned the food and they packed everything in the same bucket with no tissue ,ketchup ,mayo . A really bad experiance from kfc and never gonna order again

I been to last night for buying 3 Kintay wrap
I buy sometimes from there but last wrap was not very good it?s cold and not proper folding like wrap it is messy inside the wrap not recommended kfc anymore

I went there as I previously liked the food, hygiene and service at this outlet. It was just the opposite this time, I was waiting for some help and guidance with the menu, no one even bothered to ask if I needed any help. I took a take away the fries were soggy to the extent you can?t call it ?fry? anymore, the chicken and the fillet was the same too, was not crisp at all. It?s sad that KFC isn?t paying any attention to this matter.

Nothing fast food about this place. A Tuesday lunchtime and one staff on the till and one cooking. Whoever the manager is either needs to get more staff or needs to work aswell. The poor ladies were getting a lot of grief from customers.
It was packed, the food wasn't good but I'm guessing that is down to short staffed. The lady on the till was still being polite. I don't know how she managed it with some of the people.
I honestly think a good manager works along with their staff and in this place needs help immediately.
