I have ordered a pair of trainers for click and collect. I didn?t receive any information whether my item was ready to collect so I went to jd sports in Whitechapel to ask one of the staff. I met Mohamed who kindly asked my name and order number. He then checked for my item. It wasn?t on the system but he went to the back and found my item. Mohamed was really helpful and very welcoming. The manager at the door was nice and welcoming too. Thank you Mohamed for your help yesterday .

I always go into JD Sports in Whitechapel for click and collect. Upon arrival, I always get greeted by Imran, who stands by the door and assists people when needed. He is polite, professional, and ready to help. Even if he is busy, he would call his colleagues to help out.

Very poor customer service. The staff is very rude and I was not treated nicely. Not a place to go to if you want good customer service and ideas on exchanges or refunds.

Workers are very pushy to upsell, becoming rude when you refuse, and gave me 1 pre-worn shoe. Too far to bother to return. Won't be going back here

Scam artists.
My mum went in on the 24th March 2025 to buy dome clothing items as gifts and was missold & pressured in paying for Crep Wipes.
She went back today (31st March 2025) and was told they would not refund the item under any circumstance.
I understand that the staff have sales targets to sell cheap tat but this was an absolute scam targeting an elderly woman.
