Loved our breakfast here. The chia pudding was so good. The service was exceptional, food came out in like 5 minutes.

We had nice experience at Grounded London. The service was good and the food was great, especially the porridge!
We luckily didn?t have to wait for a table as we came in at the perfect time but know it?s quite a busy place and a bit noisy as well.
My recommendation would be to change the cutlery as it was difficult to cut the sourdough bread with the knife given.

Don?t waste your time ! Small crowd rude cafe
We came as a group of six adults with two children. We were told?very rudely?that we had to wait half an hour to be seated. We didn?t mind waiting, but the manager?s attitude was unnecessarily hostile.
I asked another staff member if we could sit separately to speed things up, but she said the manager insisted we must sit together ? even though separate seating would have worked perfectly fine for us.
The way we were spoken to was unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like we were being treated differently, which is deeply upsetting.
With so many welcoming cafés in London, there?s no need to waste your time or energy here. We won?t be returning.

Had a great breakfast here on my trip to London. There's a wide selection to choose from on the breakfast menu. Coffee and the freshly squeezed juices were amazing.

Food was awesome and it was halal! Especially, the French toast were amazing. The portions are big!

Very nice place to chat and chill, really nice service. I would say the food wasn?t amazing. I got the beef English breakfast, best part of it was the turkey bacon, egg and beans tbh. Would go again to try one of the sweet items.

It is our Go To Breakfast/Brunch Spot in London! It is Halal. Tq Djamal & Crews.
I am very happy the expand to Three Shops Now! Waiting time for 6pax can be long, but a kind waitress ushered us into their auster shop next door, it has the same menu. We Ordered breakfast for 6pax & tookaway their desserts to eat in Hyde Park.

Can't really say anything very amazing or very negative about Grounded in Whitechapel. When we arrived it was very busy and were lucky to get a table as there was only 2 of us. The seating layout is quite tight as the location itself is not overly big, we sat at a long table shared with 3 other pairs which was fine. Due to how busy it was the overall atmosphere was just come in, eat, and leave ASAP as the tables were being flipped constantly, and you could see the staff were just trying to manage the level of busy, with that fair play to them but because of this you didn't get that feeling that you could just sit and spend some time at the cafe.
In relation to food, the food was good, but nothing exceptional, the pancakes were okay, if anything the eggs benedict was better.
