Long queue at lunchtime, 2 people in the back and only one person serving. Takes ages to buy your food and drink. Need 2 people serving when they can see there is a queue forming.

The new layout - with EVERYTHING behind the counter is awful.
As an autistic person, I like the time to browse and choose when I want. Now I have to know what I want or panic order when I get to the front of the queue. Also means MUCH slower service.
Awful for disabled people.

Alost every time I go in here the local riff raff come in and help themselves to whatever they fancy. I feel sorry for the staff, some of whom have been assaulted.
I get fed up that after queing for 10 minutes you get to the front to be greeted by "App not working". Surely it just needs switching on an off?

It is very close to Whitechapel. I buy coffee and breakfast from there. The team is quick and helpful, and the breakfast is good compared to the prices

They're a seating area but they removed all the chairs..

Went into the store and my girlfriend sent me some money because I didn?t have enough for lunch but as soon as I paid, there was a payment that went out just before I pay for my sandwich and it bounced ? lucky the man(dark skin) said it?s okay and gave me the sandwich no charged, I didn?t eat all day and I left home in a hurry and this man saved my day.Today(the next day) I tried to go back in with some tips but it?s closed for the day. Next time.Thank you again for not letting me starved. It was my only meal until 10pm. Thank you kind human being and Gregg ? will be back again soon.
