Long queue at lunchtime, 2 people in the back and only one person serving. Takes ages to buy your food and drink. Need 2 people serving when they can see there is a queue forming.

The new layout - with EVERYTHING behind the counter is awful.
As an autistic person, I like the time to browse and choose when I want. Now I have to know what I want or panic order when I get to the front of the queue. Also means MUCH slower service.
Awful for disabled people.

The hijabi lady serving me asked what cupcake I wanted. Nobody had ever asked me that before which made me very happy. (I chose the dinosaur one)
