Horrible customer service when calling via phone. The man who answers has a serious attitude issue and should not be working there. It?s definitely not the standard of Dominos and I will be raising this with Head Office. Absolutely foul.

Food 1hr delivery, cold dry not freshly baked at all pizza staff attitude horrendous and unprofessional manner. Ordered wedges staff called to say they are out of them and will send chips I agreed, order came with no chips like agreed but still got charged. Whole order was disappointing spent almost £60 which was for the bin. Avoid ordering from here.

I went in to order at the store yesterday evening and was extremely surprised at how rude one of the staff was to me as he told me that they don?t take orders at the store. Although closest to where I live, I will never go back.

We were holding a building Christmas Party for our clients and needed to order 30 pizzas. We had spoken to Naim the manager 2 weeks beforehand to prewarn. On the day, despite a few problems (i.e. trying to make a payment online), Naim took the reign and organised everything for us. Including 3 delivery bikes. All pizzas were delivered on time and despite the amount of pizzas ordered, no corners were cut. All pizzas were hot and delicious. We cannot thank Naim enough for all the assistance he gave us in ensuring we had a successful luncheon. We can highly recommend Dominos - Wapping for their excellent service and mouthwatering pizzas. Please do try the festive pizza, it is a game changer :-)

First received the delivery 30 mins post the expected time with no update. Then received what looks like a complete mess. On calling the branch, I kept getting forwarded to the Docklands store. Finally raised a complain online with no outcome. Called the store 2 days later to check what is going on but was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the employee Rahul. Considering this is part of an international company, the service and complaints team seem to be non existant. I want my refund and not a free pizza! Kindly train your employees before making them receive calls or cooking in such a manner. I would not have escalated the matter at all if it could have been dealt with decently.

There are no seats but it is a takeaway service and the service is quick and excellent!

Ordered from this location in Uber Eats. While monitoring my delivery, the app told me to call the store and check on my order. I called and spoke to a girl who was nice. She couldn?t find my order so she put a gentlemen on the phone. I explained that the app told me to call and check on it and when he found my order he asked me ?this was placed 10 minutes what do you want?? I only called bc the app told me to. I had no problem waiting. The gentlemen got loud and was just super rude. And when I met him with the same energy, he got cocky. I would NOT recommend ordering from here.

I had also left a note asking the driver to call me when he gets here, but he decided to knock on the door instead. What's the point of having that option there if you're not even gonna read it?
Shite branch, avoid if you can.

Food was typical dominos. Good but not amazing. They did mess up the order so had to wait an extra 10 mins to cook the missing bit but ticker than our local domino?s.

Domino's excels in delivering fantastic food and good service, making it a reliable choice for pizza lovers. However, the average atmosphere and lack of restroom facilities are areas that could use improvement. Despite these drawbacks, the delicious pizza makes it worth a visit.

I?ve ordered pizzas on Uber Eats tonight. After an hour of delay I called the restaurant as the delivery was done directly by Domino?s driver, not Uber Eats. The guy from Dominos (whoever was on the phone on 18 May 2024 at 23:22 at Dominos Wapping) told me my order returned as I was tried to be reached at my apartment and through my phone. Well, I told him nobody ever contacted me, nobody rang my door bell or tried to knock and if he couldn?t reach me they were supposed to contact Uber Eats. He told me I?m not understand English and anyway they are closed now anyway so my order will not be delivered and I will not get any refund because it?s all ?my fault,? then he hung up. That?s completely unacceptable and that?s not how to you treat the customer. I have to admit it?s a pity as I think Domino?s is one of the nicest chains that makes pizzas, however after tonight I will make sure I never order from them, will just get the pizza directly from the store or order from a competitor.

Appalling.Delivery driver called and said he was here. I go to meet him downstairs and he is nowhere to be found. I call the store and said the driver said he?s here but he?s not and I can?t get through to him. He rudely says if he has problems finding you he will call you.5 minutes later the rude guy calls me and says the driver can?t find you so we?re going to send you another delivery driver?!? I explain to him he should have the delivery driver call me and I can help him, he hangs the phone up. I call back several times and he keeps hanging up the phone.I called around 10 times and this final call he is acting like he cannot hear me, then when I change my tone and I am rude he finally speaks and says he will cancel my order and hangs the phone up again! I did not even get a chance to speak.He then proceeds to call back and says he will not refund my order since they do not tolerate abuse.I can?t believe this is an actual pizza chain, they need to retrain their staff or change the culture.
