Went in-store to purchase a mobile as unable to use multiple gift cards online or over the phone, and after some confusion about using gift cards in the unmarked Carphone Warehouse concession, Currys staff were helpful in placing order and importantly redeeming the gift cards (which they had to consolidate) against the price. Wish Corporate would make the systems work better for staff and wish it wasn't such a headache to use multiple gift cards, but staff were friendly, patient and professional despite it all.

Doesn?t even deserve a start, worst ever customer service waiting over 25 minutes in the queue just make a single return. Poor guy in the counter dealing with everyone, while everyone else is roaming around and looking at him. No team work or care literally becoming worst ever customer service day by day.

Poor Customer Service
I had a really disappointing experience at Currys. I went in to buy an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the latest MacBook Pro upgrade, but finding a staff member to help was a challenge. When I finally found two staff members and asked for assistance, they rudely told me, "It's not my section, go find someone else." The way they spoke was unprofessional and unhelpful.
For a store selling high-end tech, I expected much better customer service. If I'm spending a significant amount of money, the least they could do is offer basic assistance. Currys seriously needs to train their staff in customer service and ensure there are enough people available to help customers properly.

I went to get a repair for my laptop. They didn't even look at it and told me to do a back up and come back after. So I did that. Back next week and this time another guy on the repairs welcomed me with with a very stupid attitude. He did saw my laptop, and told me straight away 99.9 chances is impossible to find replacement pieces to repair it. I left and went to Computer Hype out there in the corner, they'll have it ready in 3 days. Didn't need to do a back up after all.. Currys Stepney: Bad service/Waist of time...

Always short of staff had to wait to be seen by some for 45 mins need to get more staff if you ask anyone for help they will be il be with you in 2mins

The staff are only up for commission
This store does not understand what customer Services, very rude and arrogant staff. not all of them.
The manager Fred is very rude and patronising, does not know how to speak to customers. He probably got his promotion as a manager by brown nosing people. He as a manager did not address my concern.
Don't Shop here!

very dissapponted avoid buying at this branch. just bought an xbox elite core controller 2. I didnt check while I'm still at the store just found out when I reached home that They sold me an unsealead opened looks like used xbox controller. I had to travel back to this store because the one near to me dont want to accept my return/changed. Wasted time and travel money

Horrendous experience from start to finish.
Despite it being a quiet day at the store with staff available, I waited over 20 minutes because only one staff member could handle cooker sales. This was unnecessary since I already knew the exact cooker I wanted and just needed to pay.
On the day of delivery, they forgot to bring a gas engineer. They claimed he wasn?t booked, and I had to show proof of my receipt. They wanted to leave the cooker in my tiny house for 10 days until the next delivery, but I asked them to bring it back when they had the engineer instead. This wasted a day off work waiting for a delivery that wasn?t completed.
When the next delivery was scheduled 10 days later, nothing arrived. I checked the tracking, and it said the order was canceled. Customer service was unhelpful and told me to visit the store for a refund because I paid in-store.
I am now unable to collect my refund as I am not in London for the next three months. I have no cooker, and my money is held in-store, preventing me from purchasing elsewhere.
Absolutely horrendous experience throughout. Avoid at all costs!

I always come here and have brought many things before, this time I came with my partner and had a browse around . He decided to leave before me as we needed to go Asda next door . The manager of the store had followed him around and asked several times if he needed help which my partner declined several times because nobody like to be approached many times whilst there asking if they need help and told many times that his just having a look . At the exit the security guard decided to stop him and ask to check his pockets and my partner declined and asked what is it that he took, which the manager then came and said he took something but there was nothing in his pockets which he proved . This is an embarrassment to him and made his shopping experience really bad , make his anxiety spiral out the roof and no longer wants to come out because he is afraid of being falusly accused . This incident will be reported further with video evidence and taken further action .

I bought a TV and it didn?t come with a cable, clearly someone opened my box and forgot to put the cable back this is all there was in the bag.
I called customer service and they told me I had to go to the store but it is a 30min walk there and back. I don?t have a car, I walked all the way home with my TV and now I have to go back? There is no way of placing a complaint online or getting the number of the store. I also can?t bring the TV back it was exhausting for me (5ft person) to carry it on my own in the first place.
I thought curry?s was reliable but I am deeply disappointed of their service. They could at least have offered to ship me the cable.
I don?t have endless hours to walk to the store and back every time.
