I was sent a prescription by the urgent care at royal London hospital to chapel pharmacy on the 20/01/24. The doctor at the urgent care informed me the pharmacy shuts at 6pm. As I walked in at 17.10 the pharmacist Omar shouts we are closed although the door is open. Then tells me you will need to come back Monday. I informed him it?s a prescription sent from the hospital for antibiotics for my 7 year old child who has a chest infection. He then continues to tell me the pharmacy is closed and there is nothing he can do and runs out the pharmacy. The behaviour shocked me the most he was very dismissive of my situation. As a healthcare worker myself I felt very disappointed and shocked that a professional can behave in this manner. Won?t be using this pharmacy again.

Great pharmacy. Quick and v helpful staff! They didn?t have my prescription in stock but managed to get some in super quick. Always friendly. I recommend.

I have had great service provided in Chapel Pharmacy. The staff have always given attention to my queries. The Pharmacist lady has gone above and beyond going back and forth with the surgery to resolve my issues. The only downside I would say the Pharmacy feels like you are in the 90s. Needs a full revamp to feel like you are in an actual Pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. They close down 10 min before time every time - which to someone who tries to get there after work is awful. Their opening hours don?t actually reflect their opening hours.

Today i have visited the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist regarding my antibiotics i got yesterday and i am feeling sick after taking that medication. She was very helpful and she checked with other branches if anyone have different make of this medication and she found one and she organised a delivery for afternoon. That is truly a kind and helpful service. All the staff working there are nice and always welcoming. We need more pharmacist and long hour pharmacy around this area to get more benifit.

My Pharmacy Sai Chemist was closed and I needed emergency supply. Was panicking as I wasn't able to speak to my GP too. I called 111 and they sent a request for an emergency supply at Chapel Pharmacy. Honestly a life saver and amazing customer service from the team. I will be speaking to my GP to swap pharmacies. Thank you Chapel Pharmacy.

My mum was given the wrong medication by the pharmacy. Luckily she was with me asked me to check how many tablets she should be taking and on checking I realised this was a blood clotting tablet and not a pain killer. I told her not to take it otherwise this could have been fatal. She took the medication back to the GP and the Gp confirmed that this was not her medication.

Horrible!! They let me down each time I ordered medicine. They constantly missed orders telling me untrue information.. Completely unreliable staff and service they provide. I had to change my default pharmacy.
