Disgusting behaviour from staff does not know how to behave around customers was talking nonsense when the kids was founded inappropriate for them to talk the floor was wet for anyone to walk there was water dripping everywhere around the shop did not have any signs

Avoid avoid avoid very poor customer service they tried charging me for the card transaction fees.which is unacceptable they don't want to pay their tax to the taxman so they want to get you to pay it for them I went in there as I was in the royal London hospital for emergency I want to get a milk for my son and I did not have any cash only had my card on me and I only needed one milk they told me to buy a few more to make it minimum of £3 I told them I don't have to pay for their transaction fees I just need one as I say emergency the guy kept on arguing with me.I told him it's a emergency I needed it for my son he was rude and aggressive towards me then I decided to take a picture he got violent lucky that was people nearby to see his behaviour I have taken some picture there was a pharmacy two doors down I got two milk with the price he was charging and they did not charged me transaction fees go to the shops next door or the pharmacy...

Big selection of items and the only reason they'll be making good money is because of the hospital right in front of it! You come out the hospital and this is the closest shop, people will always step into here patients or visitors to buy something quick. Some things are more pricier than others but if you're at the hospital it does the job. Shop is clean and big.

Tried to impose a minimum card charge of £3, I explained this is against merchant rules. Which the shop denied. Mastercard and Visa have rules regarding minimum card spend requirements for merchants. These rules were typically part of the merchant agreements with these card networks, and they prohibit merchants from setting minimum purchase amounts for customers using their Mastercard or Visa cards.In the UK and many other countries, imposing a minimum card spend was generally not allowed by these card networks. Merchants were required to accept card payments for any amount, and they could not refuse card payments for small purchases.This is because the fee is % of the total transaction amount. Why do I care? Well because when I try to buy a cold soft drink before a hospital appointment with one arm and am refused unless I purchase unnecessary products that I don't have hands to carry with one in a cast and sling, I feel I need to make a stand against this greedy and inappropriate charge that may pressure other vulnerable customers to spend or carry more than they can.Read your merchant terms and conditions again please Budgens.
