I recently had an appointment with the team, secured after a nearly three-week wait. Encountered initial challenges on my end, but Ms. Pandya and Ms. Nida Nawaz adeptly resolved everything. My utmost respect for both of them for handling everything professionally and prioritizing the customer. Without a doubt, a 5-star commendation for these ladies. Kudos, and extending my gratitude to them if they come across this message.

Came to sort out technical issues on my account and all the staff I interacted with were very helpful and polite. Especially Ryan who made sure I could get my account back up and running. They were very understaffed though - had to wait a bit and the queue became much longer by the time I was done!

Made me wait for 2 hours. The service is slow, understaff. Need more people working and cutting the queue down because it ain't going anywhere. Next time go to another bank which does fast rapid service. Terrible place, with awful service. With the right staff, the place can run. All it is doing is back and forth.

I can't believe that in the 21st century a bank would close your account and ask you for proof of funds for a transfer and then expect you to wait almost a moth for them to review your documents, then tell you they can't wire the funds into another account. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have wasted more than 1h and could not solve anything by coming to the branch, as another department deals with it. I would not only avoid this branch, but stop banking with Barclays entirely. It's been an absolute nightmareAnd as a reply to the below comment - having AML procedures is understandable - what is not fine is not having a robust procedure in place to revise such documents and solve cases easily. Taking over 10 working days and failing to update account holders via an email / phone, but rather by physical mail, having customers queue for hours at branches without resolving issues, and not having a process to reinstitute funds via a transfer into another account once the investigation is over are the main reasons why Barclays will be losing customers

I spent nearly a couple of hours in this Barclays Bank branch today trying to verify my identity. After queuing for the counter, was informed to join another queue for an advisor.Later the Advisor had difficulty with verification because he needed a stamp which was locked in a colleague's office so wrote it up by hand to scan forward to another colleague. Fingers crossed it works!

Went there on Saturday morning, so efficient and nice service. Will is very kind and nice explaining everything that I need. Definitely super happy experience.
