Terrible customer service and refund process - Extremely Disappointed
I recently returned an item to All Saints, and despite Royal Mail confirming delivery two weeks ago, I am still waiting for my refund. I?ve had to call their customer service team three times, and instead of resolving the issue, they?re asking me to fill out a customer declaration form. This is completely unacceptable. If Royal Mail confirms the parcel has been delivered and All Saints has verified this, it is their responsibility?not mine?to investigate and resolve the matter.
The lack of accountability and the hassle they?ve put me through is beyond frustrating. It?s clear they do not value their customers? time or trust. I?ve been a customer for years, but after this appalling experience, I will never purchase from All Saints again.

The staff at this place is super friendly and helpful! They carry lots of sizes in the back, so there was no size we needed that was lacking.

I tried to bring back a top that was brought for me for Christmas I had no receipt they wouldn?t even let me exchange it for a bigger one. Top was unworn and still had the tags on it!

The products are of high quality, the service is very good, the return and exchange process is simple, and the store staff are very enthusiastic. It is my favorite British clothing brand.
