I felt welcomed warmly on entry. The decor (fish tanks) really lovely.... The fish cutlets and rice dish main was very nice, not so heavy....I absolutely love Sri Lankan food...having had some home-cooked Sri Lankan food in the past too. But what made the visit for me was being able to ask lots of questions about the Sri Lankan culture and life in general of the the lady. The exchange was lovingly palatable with every bite of food. Thank you and keep your beautiful light shining.....the freedom to be kindness to whomever walks through the door.

We had a lovely meal here. The service was friendly and timely. The food was excellent. They had a good range of dishes to choose from and the chicken was perfectly cooked. i plan to return.

I live locally and love coming to this restaurant. It seems to open all day at weekends and we ended up coming here at 4.30 on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet. The waiters are always friendly and lovely. The House noodles and the Masala Dosa are my favourites so I had the noodles and shared the dosa with a friend. For me that is culinary heaven. I am not Sri Lankan but this does seem to be a real Sri Lankan community hangout. I would love to know how long this restaurant has been open -at least 25 years I think. I hope it outlasts me!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but although the food is always fabulous, due to lots of banquets being catered for, the service was often slow. The whole place has had a revamp and the whole atmosphere of the place has changed. The service was amazing especially our waiter who was so friendly with my young godson and interacted well with all of us, the food was even better than before, especially the chicken 65 masala, it blew me away with all the flavours. Highly recommend this place, but please book as can get busy.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was really tasty. The staff were really helpful with food choices. Would deffo recommended and will deffo go there again ?UP-DATE2024: same as above, would still recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely disgusted. I know we are in inflation and the cost of living is gone up but 1 mutton kothu and portion of mixed devil cost me about £30 is jokes!! And it?s not even dine in but take away! The taste is not even worth for the price The quality is poor, the taste is bad. I remember having nice mixed devil back in there couple of years ago and I am happy to pay a reasonable price if it?s worth, but this time absolutely jokes. I will never recommend this for anyone.

We eat here all the time. Ask them about heat if you are not too sure and if they say it's a bit spicy, it's !! The food is amazing and the staff are great.

Black pottu waitress had very bad customer service. Started shouting at my friend because he accidentally called her aunty. This issue could?ve been sorted out easily but she decided to make it a massive scene in front of everyone, this left us embarrassed and a loss of appetite after spending more than £70.
