Store is fine but the outside needs some TLC... Car park and side road needs a good clean up of litter. Several bulbs on the Waitrose sign need replacing.

Got all the items which I required.

Service is slow and rude. Car park is filthy, rubbish everywhere. The management obviously does not care much.

Very bad experience with not helpful stuff and empty shelves, very uncommon experience for a Waitrose standards.

Parking was easy. Lots of choice for most items.

The only supermarket where the staff are still polite and trying to be helpful.

Usually Waitrose staff is friendly and helpful, but certainly not this store. Their store manager named David is arrogant, unprofessional, and seems discriminating Asian people. Will never shop there again

Bought a chocolate bar almost half a year past expiry date, and the entire chocolate bar moulds. All the bars on the shelf are half a year expires.Didn't notice the mould and took a bite cause I trust Waitrose, but I felt very sick and had a severe stomachache afterwards. Despite my terrible experience, the manager was very suspicious ofmy experience and doubted me several times about whether I bought this bar from Waitrose. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Waitrose.

I usually take my bags and plastics to be recycled in the plastics recycle bin. I was told this time to just put them in the standard bin as I was clogging up the recycle bin. The staff member explained that it was just for standard plastics bags so I pointed out the label on the bin listing all the other plastic films that could be recycled. To be fair the lady had been told to have a word with me by her manager and relented when I explained that how I was doing it correctly.Perhaps if the bin is overfull you should think about emptying it instead of advising using a non reclcle bin.The check out lady on the other hand was a ray of sunshine.

If you?re selling cupcakes and pastel de Natas, id appreciate a box to put them in and not in a flimsy, very long plastic bag!

Nice food, shame about the service. Most of the staff at this store seem disinterested and unhelpful. I hope this is just this particular branch and not a reflection of general standard levels elsewhere.I cannot understand why checkout staff refuse to start scanning groceries until a customer has placed EVERY item onto the belt - even if it's a huge trolley-full. Any business consultant worth his or her salt would tell you it's inefficient. It also makes the checkout staff appear lazy and unhelpful. I've complained about this online and been told that this is Waitrose's policy and they 'don't want to appear like they are rushing customers'. What a load of tosh. When I visited early this morning, the lady on checkout sat doing nothing for 4-5 minutes whilst the customer in front of me unloaded about 60 items from his trolley. I've often frequently encountered surly checkout staff who barely say hello and don't even call out the total cost of my shopping bill.I encourage the management and staff to pay a visit to the nearby Lidl store on Plough Lane, where staff are helpful, friendly and efficient - a much better customer experience.

I always shop at waitrose but it was the worst ever experience I had. The manager there called David was so unprofessional. Not listening to customers feedback but chose to argue with you. Terrible customer service. Will definitely raise a formal complaint to Waitrose, especially the unprofessional behaviour of the manager David!

My bubble and expectations of excellent service and goods has been busted. Had a pick up of groceries, was in a bit of a rush so only noticed that they had put a yellow sticker item in my shopping, that we had paid full price for. To add insult to injury, it only had four and not five bagels. How disgusting someone had put their hands in to remove a bagel and waitrose feels it is exceptable to place this item in my online shopping pick up..........they did reimburse me when I point this out at customers services . The the whole process did not instill confidence in me and low and behold after checking at home there were missing items from our pick up shopping. Incredibly disappointed as I know you can do better.
